Fuller grabs last weekly award

After scoring 54 points and grabbing 19 rebounds, Augusta Airs forward Aaron Fuller is Round 13 Player of the Week.

Fuller has been the one bright spot this season for the Airs, leading the league in scoring averaging 28.4 points per game.

The Former USC Trojan had nine 30 or more point games, and finished fourth in the league in rebounds averaging 9.5 in 18 games.

Jason Cadee finished second in scoring at 22.6, and had 40 points in the James Blond Supercity Rangers win over Taranaki.

This is the second time this season that Cadee has had a 40 plus point game, scoring 41 against Manawatu back in April 17.

Cadee's team mate Reuben Te Rangi had 21 in the same game, and ending the season as the highest scoring New Zealand player, averaging 20.5 points per game.

Canterbury Rams ended their season on a high note with a 107-99 win over the Wellington Saints. Point guard Jeremy Kench saved his best performance for last scoring 31, grabbing six rebounds and four steals. 

The Breakers Manawatu Jets also ended their season with a win thanks to Brandon Jenkins who dished out 15 assists against Taranaki.
