Terms and Conditions – BK Hooper Mixtape Promotion
Entries Received
- The BK Hooper Mixtape Competition opens from Thursday 1 August 2024, and closes at midnight on Saturday 31 August 2024.
- Entrants must meet the Eligibility requirements below to be considered for selection.
- Entrants must follow the correct submission process to provide their submission to BBNZ, as detailed in the competition announcement post.
- BBNZ will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.
- By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by BBNZ are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
- BBNZ reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, for any reason and without prior notification.
- By entering this competition, you agree that you have the consent of any people who are clearly identifiable in your entry.
- By entering, each entrant warrants that their entry is original and that their submission does not or will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property.
- BBNZ may collect your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of administering and processing the competition, research and possibly to contact in future.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or other social media accounts unless otherwise stated.
Announcement of BK Hooper Mixtape Winners
- Winners will be drawn across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok following 31 August 2024
- Winners will be notified via a DM reply from the official @basketballnz account if they have won; please note this will be the ONLY account to respond to the winner’s DMs.
- The winner agrees to be featured in the BK Hooper Mixtape video, which will be used by BBNZ and Burger King for promotional purposes.
- Each winner will receive a BK Hooper prize pack, which includes national team gear and Burger King vouchers
- Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Eligibility
You must be:
- A New Zealand resident.
- At least 16 years old at the time of entry.
You cannot be:
- an employee of Basketball New Zealand, or a prize sponsor.
- an immediate family member of an employee of Basketball New Zealand, or a prize sponsor.
