Basketball New Zealand High Performance officials are busily preparing for the selection of our U23 Men’s 3×3 National team. The team has been invited to participate in the 2019 U23 3×3 World Championship which is being held in Lanzhou, China from the 2nd – 6th October.
To be eligible players must be a New Zealand citizen, born between 1996 – 2000 and must be registered on FIBA 3×3 planet. At the conclusion of the 2019 U23 National Tournament Basketball New Zealand will select a long list of players to be considered for the team and will consult with the appointed National team coach to finalise the team.
Those players being considered will be notified of their selection status by Friday 17 August 2019.
